Employee Self Service ( ESS) is an online platform that is part of the Tanzania President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance, which is responsible for transferring public servants in Tanzania. The platform is used to manage the entire transfer workstation process, from one organization to another organization or transfer from one region to another region for different reason.

Jinsi ya kujisajili
- Visit the ess.utumishi.go.tz website using your web browser.
- Click on the “Register” button on the homepage.
- Fill in your personal information, including check number, email address, and National ID number.
- Choose a strong password for your account and confirm your password.
- Click on the “Register” button to complete the registration process.

After completing the registration process, you should receive an email confirmation from ess.utumishi.go.tz.
- Follow the instructions provided in the email to verify your account and start using the platform.
